Well gents…I rather suspect you have seen that I am not posting as much any more. With work starting to pick up with deadlines, my future moving toward starting a business within the next month, and a commitment to stick to an exercise/lifting regime, I just don’t have much personal time to keep up with a blog. And after seeing quite the exhibition on my blog, a week ago yesterday, I think I’m losing interest in it for now.
Additionally, it appears Spider is abandoning what he had done for so long. He and I have talked about it and I am confident Spider has made up his mind to pass on blogging. We both agree that the environment has changed. And we miss the old gang…people like Hypoxic, Pete of It’s Just Nothing, and Ynager. There was a healthy, playfulness in the writings then.
Guess CHANGE is inevitable in most everything. so stay tuned. I may eek in a few more post and then I’m saying ’sooooo long!’ Have a great week.

It is going to be so sad to see you go Tony. You were the first blogger I ever met. We met each other for the first time in San Francisco almost two years ago. Since then, we have both met many other bloggers in our travels.
Blogging takes a lot of personal time. So, if your career and gym time is most important at the moment…. your absence can be forgiven.
Do what’s best for you. Most of all.. keep it REAL.

Damn! You are the second blogger to do this to me in two days!! I am bummed. You will leave a hole in our community and I will miss reading you.
Thank you for all your posts! Should you decided to pass on blogging, I would send you forth into your future with many blessings for good fortune, much love, and great happiness. (And give Spider my love.)
Pax tecum, Tony.

Best of luck with the new business, Tony. I will miss you, but we all must accept at some time that people move on. You are the third person I know to end their blog. Heck, I’ve kicked the idea around, too, but I think I’m a little too narcissistic to do that.
Take care and drop me an email when you can.

It will be sad that you close your blog. It is always fun and nice to read your post. Best luck for your next step in life and business.

Oh, you’ll be back. Mark my words. You are hopelessly addicted just like the rest of us. Take your break, get your 2nd wind. We will still be here plotting away. Well I will anyway. hehehe.
Seriously, people blog for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it feels a void until bigger and better things come a long. Just don’t forget all of us.
Oh and Happy Kwanza, Hanuka, Christmas, or Great Spagetti Monster. Whatever you celebrate.

Though I’d rather not see you go, from our discussions I’m confident this is what you need right now. There’s no rule that says you can’t come back if you want. And as evidenced, you will certainly be welcome anytime.

Oh nooooooo…say it ain’t sooooooo! Damn, you too, it’s like a huge blogging exodus these days.
Oh well, best of luck and stay in touch. You owe me a trip to Portland and I’ll be in the Bay Area at the end of February so if you’re up to visit the family…let me know.
You’ll be missed Tony! (((hugs)))

Tony, I’ll add my voice to the chorus of folks who will be sorry to see you go. I have enjoyed your blog a lot, plus you were the first blogger that I met in person. Please do keep in touch. I hope to see you again, whether in Palm Springs or here in Chicago.
Hugs,
Doug

I agree with you about the environment change. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one feeling it. I thought maybe I was getting a little jaded.
Tell you what…if you promise to stay, I will too. Okay, not really. But I’d like it if you do.
